Jerome Luo is a seasoned leader in strategic finance and operational management, currently serving as VP and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Toast since March 2020. With significant experience in preparing for the company's 2021 IPO, including owning S-1 drafting and investor presentations, Jerome previously held the role of Senior Director of Strategic Finance. Prior to joining Toast, Jerome was Director of Commercial Strategy at InVision, where contributions included leading enterprise growth initiatives and acquiring Wake. Jerome's career began at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, focusing on strategy and operational improvements across various industries. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University.
