Michael Baldwin

Michael Baldwin has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Michael started their career as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy, where they gained experience in safety procedures and equipment. After leaving the Navy, they worked as an Engineering Tech at JIEDDO before transitioning to the role of Mechanical Engineer Student at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. During this time, they focused heavily on project development and entrepreneurship.

After completing their degree, Baldwin worked as a Mechanical and Electrical Layout Specialist at Stoker Associates for a brief period. Michael then joined TMEIC, where they held multiple roles including Field Engineer, Applications Engineer, Motor Field Engineer, and Training Lead Engineer. In these positions, they were involved in various installations, commissioning, and maintenance tasks for industrial motors and cooling water systems.

Throughout their career, Baldwin has demonstrated their technical expertise and ability to complete projects successfully. Michael has gained experience in project management, technical studies, cost estimation, personnel management, and customer satisfaction.

Michael Baldwin obtained their high school diploma from Fallston High School from 1997 to 1999. Following that, they attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
