Edwin Intong, PMP, MSECE has over 40 years of work experience in various roles related to engineering and automation systems. Edwin is currently working as an Application Engineer at TMEIC since July 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Process Automation Engineer at Arconic from March 2018 to July 2019. Before that, Edwin worked at Westinghouse Electric Company as a Principal Engineer from January 2010 to March 2018. Edwin also has experience as a Senior Project Engineer at United States Steel Corporation from 2005 to 2009, and as a Technical Manager at UEC Technologies (US Steel Corporation) from 1998 to 2004. Edwin started their career at National Steel Corporation where they held the position of Manager, Electrical and Automation Systems Engineering from 1978 to 1998. Their diverse work experience showcases their expertise in engineering project management and electrical and automation systems.

Edwin Intong, PMP, MSECE completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Mindanao State University between the years 1973 and 1978. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, which they successfully obtained from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, Edwin pursued further education in business management and marketing, completing their Master of Business Management (MBM) degree at Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology.
