Rob Hoffman has over 20 years of experience in the packaging industry. In 1997, they began their career as a Territory Sales Manager-Midwest at Tecnomagnete SpA. Rob then moved on to KI Industries in 1998 as a Sales Manager-Tooling & New Markets. In 2002, they joined R&R Sales and Engineering as a Board Member, and Genesis Molding, INC as GM/Director of Sales & Marketing. In 2006, they were hired as a Director of Sales-Packaging New Product Introduction at Jarden Plastics. In 2010, they became a Director of Sales-National Accounts at Consolidated Container Company. In 2012, they were hired as Sales Manager-Midwest at Packsize LLC. In 2015, they joined Intertape Polymer Group as Director Of Business Development-Ecommerce. Most recently, in 2020, they were hired as Director Of Business Development at Tishma Technologies LLC.

Rob Hoffman attended Lake Michigan College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Journeyman Mold Maker degree in Machine Tool Technology. Rob also attended Mastering The Complex Sale-Jeff Thull and Sandler Sales Training-Presidents Club, both of which focused on Selling Skills and Sales Operations.
