Willian Oliveira is an experienced technology and management professional with a comprehensive background in IT and telecommunications. Since January 2013, Willian has served as Director Geral at TIS TECH Angola, focusing on growth management and participating in strategic public and private projects. Prior roles include Gerente de Tecnologia e Telecomunicações at BDM Engenharia e Tecnologia Lda., where responsibilities included overseeing IT projects and managing a technical support team, and Gerente de Tecnologia e Informática at Metroeuropa, with a focus on ERP system implementation and IT security projects.
