Kristen Olsen is an attorney currently serving at FranklinCovey since July 2023 and has been the Director of Policy & Compliance and Staff Attorney at TIMPANOGOS LEGAL CENTER since December 2021. Kristen co-founded the Utah Center for Legal Inclusion, holding the position of co-president until August 2023 when transitioning to an advisory role, having previously held the position of associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from September 2014 to May 2022. Kristen's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from BYU Law School (2014), a Master of Second Language Teaching in Linguistics from Utah State University (2005), and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Utah State University (2003), along with coursework in Spanish at the University of Costa Rica and study at Brigham Young University - Jerusalem.
