Josh Kincannon is the Founder and CEO of Kincannon AI, LLC, a company specializing in AI-driven software solutions for law firms, established in May 2023. Previously, Kincannon served as Counsel at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. since March 2019 and was a Partner at Lomurro, Munson, Comer, Brown & Schottland, LLC from February 2016 to March 2019, where Kincannon directed the mass tort department. Earlier in the career, Kincannon was an attorney at Keefe Bartels from June 2001 to December 2015, also managing the mass tort department, and held the position of Associate at DuBois, Sheehan, Hamilton & Levin from September 2000 to June 2001. Kincannon earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Rutgers School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Rowan University.
