Nienke de Wild has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Nienke started in 2015 as a Backofficemedewerker at Den Boer Baking Systems B.V. and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined BPM Media & Entertainment Facilities as a Backofficemedewerker and stayed until 2019. During this time, they also worked as a Sales medewerker at IKEA from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they had multiple roles including Recruiter, Inhouse Recruiter, and currently as a Project intercedent at Timing. Prior to these experiences, from 2014 to 2019, they were involved in Semi Prof Handbal at Morrenhof-Jansen Tophandbal Dalfsen & Sercodak Dalfsen.

Nienke de Wild completed their education in uiterlijke verzorging (beauty care) at two different institutions. From 2012 to 2014, they attended ROC van Amsterdam. Then, from 2014 to 2018, they studied at Landstede MBO. Nienke has not obtained any degrees in their field of study mentioned. In addition to their education, they have also obtained two certifications. In August 2022, they received the SEU diploma from SEU - Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche. In December 2021, they obtained the VIL-VCU certification from Koninklijke PBNA.
