Isabel Quintanilla has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Isabel currently works as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Times Microwave Systems, where they are responsible for designing and manufacturing high-performance coaxial cables, connectors, and cable assemblies for various industries. Prior to this, they worked at Beacon Group as a Human Resources Generalist from November 2019 to March 2022. At Beacon Group, they gained experience in various HR functions. Before that, Isabel worked at Republic Services as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on customer service center operations. And in their earlier career, they served as a Human Resources Administrator at Vulcan Materials Company, managing HR affairs for both union and non-union facilities and also being involved in union contract negotiations.

Isabel Quintanilla holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Sonoma State University. Additionally, they pursued Studies in Business and Economics at Sonoma State University. Isabel later obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University.
