Lanny Hall possesses extensive experience in support and management roles, currently serving as the Director of Support at TCP Software since August 2016, after progressing through various positions including Senior Support Manager and Support Manager. Prior to this role, Lanny held the position of Department Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from March 2011 to August 2016. Lanny's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Angelo State University and two degrees from Park University: a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and an Associate of Science in Management.
