Clarissa Pouchkareff has extensive work experience in customer service and marketing roles. Clarissa most recently worked at Smartfrog&Canary as a Customer Experience - Tier II Specialist. Prior to that, they were a Customer Care Representative at the same company. Before joining Smartfrog&Canary, Clarissa worked at Greasy Spoon as a Customer Service representative. Clarissa also gained customer service experience at Coffee & Coconuts. Clarissa has experience in administration and data entry through their role at Queensland Health. Additionally, they have worked in marketing event management at 5iveSenses Experiential Marketing and JTI (Japan Tobacco International). Clarissa started their career in the events industry as an event staff at Purity.

Clarissa Pouchkareff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
