Rosie Teo is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as a Board Adviser at a stealth payments startup since August 2024, Rosie previously held significant roles at Salary Finance from June 2018 to June 2024, including Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and General Counsel. During this time, Rosie played a key role in the company's regulatory compliance and the development of financial employee benefits. Additionally, Rosie was General Counsel at Work Report, overseeing legal and compliance aspects before its acquisition by Experian in 2022. Prior to that, Rosie worked as an Associate at Macfarlanes and DLA Piper, specializing in Corporate, Private Equity, M&A, and Employment & Pensions. Rosie holds a MA in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Legal Practice Course qualification from the College of Law (London, Moorgate).
