Michal (Nilov) Ramon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and ethics across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Compliance Counsel at Wix.com since September 2022, Michal previously held several key roles at ICL Group from 2015 to September 2022, including Head of Global & Regional Ethics and Global Anti-Harassment Compliance Manager. Additional experience includes serving as a lawyer in the legal department of ICL ISRAEL from June 2014 to September 2022, as well as roles at Cohen Arev & Co and Yaniv Idel & Co. Michal began the professional journey as an intern at Eliad Shraga & Co. An alumnus of Tel Aviv University, educational attainment occurred between 2005 and 2008.
