Natasha Regita is a skilled professional with a background in human resources and analytics, currently serving as a People System & Analytics Specialist at tiket.com since November 2022, where Natasha leads the Workday Implementation project from planning through support. Prior to this role, Natasha worked at CoLearn from June 2021 to November 2022, progressing from a People Operations System Admin to a People System, Performance, and Analytics Associate, while establishing expertise in Global HRIS (BambooHR) and Global ATS (Greenhouse). Natasha holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Diponegoro University, completed in 2020, and graduated from SMA Negeri 70 Jakarta in 2015.
