Liz Hicks, M.A., is an experienced professional in workforce management and human resources, currently serving as a Workforce Management Resort Analyst at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort since July 2023. Hicks has held positions including Subject Matter Expert/Content Writer at OSU Center for the Outdoor Recreation Economy since May 2022, and Talent Manager at Mt. Bachelor from July 2022 to July 2023. Previous experience includes various human resources roles at Mt. Hood Meadows Resort and Vail Resorts, where responsibilities encompassed diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, leadership development, and full-cycle recruiting. Hicks holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a French minor from St. Cloud State University.
