Steven Zietsman is a seasoned professional in the insurance and actuarial fields, currently serving as a Senior Business Development and Reinsurance Actuary at Howden Re since October 2023, providing clients with risk management solutions. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Senior Group Strategy Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from June 2015 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading strategic projects and stakeholder management. As a Strategy Manager at RSA from May 2013 to May 2015, Steven focused on business development and transformation projects, collaborating with executives to refine the business portfolio. Steven's previous experience includes serving as a Consultant/Principal at Oliver Wyman from January 2006 to April 2013, managing various global insurance projects, and as Head of Product Development at Liberty Life from January 2001 to January 2006, overseeing investment product development and profitability.
