Patrycja Zabawska is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Group Learning and Development Manager at Tifco Hotel Group since January 2023. Previously, Patrycja held the position of Senior Training and Development Officer at ALONE, where responsibilities included developing training frameworks, creating training modules, and managing training priorities. With a background as a Training and Business Management System Specialist at Balfour Beatty CLG, Patrycja conducted training needs analysis and developed training plans. Additional experience includes working as a Manual Handling Instructor, Tús Team Leader, and Human Resources Manager, complementing skills in training delivery, health and safety, and quality management. Patrycja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Jagiellonian University.
