Mary Kate McFarling is a skilled professional with extensive experience in event management, catering, and program development. Currently serving as Field Executive at Grand Canyon Council, Inc. since March 2024, Mary Kate has previously held roles such as Catering and Sales Manager at Courtyard by Marriott and Sheraton Mesa Hotel, and Behavioral Health Technician at Body & Soul Counseling Services. With a strong background in managing events and after-school programs at Crossroads of America Council, Mary Kate's experience includes positions as Senior Executive and District Executive.
