Rebeca Elian is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in marketing, business development, and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at TideWise since August 2022, Rebeca focuses on client relationship management, commercial strategy, and proposal development. Previously, Rebeca worked as an Innovation Specialist at Kroton, leading tech product squads and strategic initiatives. Rebeca's experience also includes managing projects for women's entrepreneurship at the Prefeitura de Niterói, where significant impact projects were implemented. As the CEO and Founder of Cria Coworking, Rebeca developed business methodologies and community engagement strategies. Rebeca's technical background as a Planning Engineer at BW Offshore and early career as a Planning Engineer and Assistant further bolster extensive project management abilities.
