Leon Jayasinghe currently serves as the Senior Partnerships Manager at Tide, having joined the company in March 2023 following its acquisition of Funding Options, where Leon held the position of Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager since February 2020. At Funding Options, Leon was instrumental in developing the UK’s first SME green finance marketplace and spearheading the company's diversification into non-lending propositions. Previously, Leon has gained experience in fintech and banking through various roles, including Partnerships Associate at Reposit, and participated in the Graduate Program at Westpac Institutional Bank. Leon holds a Master of Banking and Finance from Monash University and a Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Melbourne.
