Honor Clement-Hayes has a diverse work experience. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Ticker as a Creative Director, overseeing brand development, strategy, creative direction, and copywriting. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they served as the Head of Copy at ingenie. From 2011 to 2014, they held various roles at hibu, including Global Creative Copywriter for Branding - Marketing Shared Services, Product Copy Lead, Web Project Manager, and Web Consultant. Additionally, in 2012 and 2013, they worked as a Freelance Writer at GKBCInc, producing high-quality blog content and achieving 'Writing Hunter' status.

Honor Clement-Hayes obtained a degree in English Language from Reading University. Later, they attended Alton College from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Foundation degree in Fashion Textiles. Honor also has a certification in Strategic Brand Management from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they obtained in 2023.
