Jaci Wandell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management, training, customer experience, and content production. Since October 2018, Jaci has served as Community Manager at Threshold 360, where responsibilities include fostering community development for over 70 remote creative contractors, hosting virtual events, and creating training materials. Previous roles at Threshold 360 included Training Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and Content Production Manager, where responsibilities ranged from facilitating onboarding to overseeing customer accounts. Jaci also has experience as a Visual Merchandiser at West Elm, an English Teacher at various educational institutions, and positions in photography and dog care services. Jaci holds a BFA in Photography from the University of Illinois System.
