Mitch Northcutt serves as the President & CEO of BreakFree Solutions since January 2016, where the organization specializes in accelerating IT migration to the cloud, automating service delivery, ensuring security compliance, and transforming release and deployment cycles through the BreakFree Agile Services Delivery Framework. Prior to this, Mitch held the position of Executive Vice President, Strategy & Services at LaSalle Solutions from January 2016 to November 2020, and was Managing Partner at OnTarget Transformation for a year. Mitch also served as Executive Vice President, Strategy & Services at Ahead from January 2011 to January 2015, and Vice President of Strategy and Service Development at GlassHouse Technologies from July 2007 to September 2010. Earlier in the career, Mitch was the President and CEO of RapidApp, a firm focused on infrastructure consulting, which was sold to GlassHouse Technology in 2007, and held the role of Vice President at Renaissance Worldwide from 1994 to 1999.
