Previously, Ravi R worked at Kazadores from April 2012 to August 2013, focusing on end-to-end recruitment in the pharmaceutical space while also engaging clients and leading a team. Ravi R started the career as a Senior Manager in Client Engagements, where responsibilities included headhunting and client mining in a prominent executive search firm in Chennai.
