Greg Milsom

Managing Director - Global Business Operations at Org

Greg Milsom has a diverse and extensive work experience. Greg is currently serving as the Managing Director at Org since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Director at the same company from July 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Org, Greg was an Associate Director at Protiviti UK, a global consulting organization specializing in Internal Audit, Risk, Business, and Technology. Greg worked there from January 2017 to July 2020.

Greg also has experience in the advertising industry, where they served as the Chief Customer Officer/Board Advisory at S3 Advertising Agency for a brief period from March 2016 to August 2016.

Prior to that, Greg held various managerial positions at Barclays Corporate Banking from 2012 to 2016. Greg worked as the Head of Support Services - Large Corporate Banking (National) from July 2015 to March 2016, as an Area Business Manager from January 2015 to July 2015, and as a Regional Performance Manager from May 2014 to January 2015. Greg also worked as a Relationship Support Team Leader from January 2012 to May 2014.

Greg's earlier experiences include roles at Barclays UK, where they served as a Regional Branch Manager from August 2012 to May 2014 and as a Branch Manager from April 2008 to August 2012. Greg also worked as a Regional Business Manager at Jaguar Land Rover (Financial Services) from 2004 to 2008 and as a Sales Team Lead at Stratstone from 2000 to 2004.

Greg Milsom attended Filton College in Bristol from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Advanced Level courses in Business & Finance. Prior to that, they attended Rumney High School in Cardiff from 1990 to 1995. Greg has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and SCQF Level 6 from the Association for Project Management in 2021. Greg has also completed the Essentials of Project Management course from Wellingtone in 2021. Other certifications include Credit Skills Development (CSD) from Omega Performance in 2015, the Barclays Emerging Leaders Programme in 2014, FCA - Approved from the Financial Conduct Authority in 2013, and a Business Management - Leadership Module from Pendragon PLC in 2004.
