Sarah Mania has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sarah began their career at Wilde Press as a Copyeditor from September 2013 to April 2014, followed by a role as a Copyeditor at Lash Magazine from September 2014 to May 2015. Concurrently, they worked as a Front Desk employee at ADP from September 2013 to May 2016, where they interacted with and assisted students, staff, and faculty.

In 2016, Sarah became a Copyeditor at Emertainment Monthly from February to June, as well as a Senior Blogger at SuperInterns.com from August 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, they were a Blogger Extraordinaire at SuperInterns.com from May to August 2016.

Sarah then transitioned to Paper Source, where they held various roles. Sarah started as a Customer Service Associate from June 2016 to August 2017. Subsequently, they became a Key Holder/Holiday Stock Lead from October 2017 to February 2018, where they leveraged store traffic data and best-selling practices to increase sales. Sarah also served as a Customer Experience Captain/Key Holder from February to July 2018, managing high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism. Most recently, Sarah joined the Association Management Center as a Project Manager in May 2023.
