James Richards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and wholesale operations. Currently serving as Head of Wholesale at Matrix since March 2022, James previously held significant roles including Senior Global Account Manager at Henkel and Senior National Account Manager at the same company. Prior to that, James was Franchise Commercial Manager at One Stop Stores Ltd, where responsibilities included collaborating across functions to enhance franchisee offerings.
