Helen Russell-Jones is an experienced education and health professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Learning Facilitator in Health Sciences and Physical Health at Torrens University Australia since July 2001, Helen has also been engaged with Think: Education for over 20 years in a similar role. Past positions include tutoring distance education in Sports Nutrition, Fitness, and Life Coaching at Open Colleges, and working as a personal trainer and lifestyle counselor through various organizations, including Fit to Travel and Health & Lifestyle Helen Russell-Jones. Earlier in their career, Helen held roles as a Medical Sales Representative for Johnson & Johnson and as a Registered Nurse at Royal Melbourne Hospital. Helen is currently completing a Graduate Certificate of Learning and Teaching and pursuing a Master’s in Health Science at Newcastle University.
