Maria Aiko Linman currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Head of Human Resources at Thesis since September 2022. Prior to this role, Maria was the Director of People Operations at Fully from July 2019 to September 2022, where oversight of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training was provided. Maria's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Associate Principal of Human Resources at ZGF Architects from August 2000 to July 2019, partnering with leadership on HR initiatives and managing benefits. Earlier roles include Cost Accountant and Office Assistant at Multnomah County, and Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant at Ryles Center For Evaluation. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Portland State University, completed in 1996.
