Mark Aaron Chan has a diverse work experience in the fields of thermal optimization, climate management, and energy efficiency. Mark Aaron is currently serving as the CTO and Co-Founder of Thermosphr, a SaaS solution for commercial building's heating and cooling needs. Prior to this, they worked as a Thermal Management Specialist at BMW Group and a Lead Engineer at GE Global Research. Mark Aaron also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and as the Chief Technology Officer at Gatekeeper Laboratories. Additionally, they have experience as a Research Scientist at the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore and as a Research Scholar at the National University of Singapore. Mark also gained early professional experience as a Student Trainee at Nestle, where they conducted an environmental assessment and implemented an environmental management program.
Mark Aaron Chan completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at De La Salle University from 2000 to 2004. Mark Aaron then pursued their doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Singapore from 2005 to 2010, earning a PhD in the field.
