Andre Behrisch is currently the Finance Director for Engineering and Maintenance AUT/CH at Bilfinger. Prior to this, they were the CFO for Bilfinger Construction Odenplan AB from January 2012 to February 2015. While with Bilfinger Construction, Andre established organizational structure/internal controls for major civil/transportation construction projects in Norway and Sweden. Andre also recruited teams of accounting, engineering and commercial professionals to coordinate operations. In addition, Andre negotiated joint venture/consortium agreements and oversaw allocation/work permits for expatriate staff. Andre supervised an administrative team of 20 HR officers, accountants, purchasing managers, cost controllers & quantity surveyors. Andre orchestrated banking, facilities, liquidity, currency hedging, insurance, customs, subcontract procurement, AP/AR, CF planning and cost control. Andre also monitored taxation, annual accounting and auditor communications; reviewed and submitted cost/budget management reports. Andre drove job overhead savings through expert budget forecasting and execution of organizational structures/processes using a shared service center model. Andre also secured bonus payments from a satisfied client for excellence in quality and timely delivery of project milestones.

Andre Behrisch has a Master of Science in Business and Commerce from Dresden University of Technology.
