Aileen Aguilar Edwards, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Recruiter at Thermon, Inc., contributing to the establishment of the new Talent Acquisition team since July 2023. With extensive experience in recruitment, Aileen previously held key roles at LinkedIn as a Senior Technical Sourcing Recruiter, achieving a 100% offer acceptance rate for senior-level positions, and at Indeed.com as a Senior Recruiter for Engineering Leadership with a 94% offer acceptance rate. Aileen has also led talent acquisition efforts at Khoros, managed full-cycle recruiting at Civitas Learning, and combined HR and recruiting responsibilities at The Advisory Board Company. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Recruiting Team Lead at Novotus and coordinating recruitment programs at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Aileen holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from San Francisco State University.
