Currently serving as the Sr. Business Development Manager for Americas & EMEA at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Licia leads the Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division portfolio. As the Founder and Business Development Executive at GenDS, Licia focuses on partnerships with biopharmas and biotechs, emphasizing IVD business strategy. Previously, Licia was the Business Development Lead at Invitae, where revenue growth was driven through a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the biologics industry. Licia also held leadership roles at ITMS Group as Executive Vice President of Business Development and at Symrise AG as Marketing Manager. Early career experience includes working as a Scientific Researcher in R&D at GSK. Recent academic achievements include an MBA from FIA Business School and a PharmD from the University of São Paulo.
