Swathi Rai is currently a Teaching Assistant for the Software Architecture: MSE (17633) course at Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science and a Research Assistant for the PennSTART project, focusing on developing websites and mobile applications for automotive testing in Pennsylvania. Previously, Swathi served as a Senior Software Engineer at Xoriant, designing and developing REST APIs in Python for Hitachi Vantara, and as a Software Developer II at Resson, working as a fullstack developer on the RAMAS platform. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Software Development Engineer at AFour Technologies, contributing to a Network Security project, and as a UI Developer at Atos, where skills in AngularJS, NodeJS, and other web technologies were utilized. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Parul Institute of Engineering and Technology.
