Joe Chafatelli is an experienced software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at The General® since July 2017, Joe has previously held senior management positions at Conduent, Midas Plus Solutions (a Xerox Company), and Direct General Corporation. Additional expertise includes roles as Senior Software Developer at Direct General Corporation and Software Engineer III at Emdeon. Joe's career began at Wright Industries, where responsibilities included managing IT operations for over a decade, culminating in the role of IT Manager.
