Amelia Sykes currently serves as COO & Head of Strategy, Global Distribution & Product at M&G Investments since February 2023, and as a Director of Strategy and Business Management at TheCityUK since March 2023. Additionally, Amelia is a Trustee Board Member for the M&G Group Pension Scheme since April 2022. Previously, Amelia held various strategic roles at M&G plc from September 2018 to February 2023, including Director of Strategy for Asset Management and Global Distribution, as well as Business Manager to the CEO. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager position at Prudential plc and a Consultant role at L.E.K. Consulting from April 2012 to March 2018, along with a secondment as a Special Advisor at The Royal Household. Amelia Sykes holds a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
