Eashan Thakrar's work experience includes being the founder of Mapogo Studio, a creative consultancy company that produces customized marketing campaigns using music for clients ranging from local businesses to multinational companies. Eashan is also the founder of ERA Group, initially a music company but later expanded into industries such as politics and education, executing projects for world leaders and prominent brands. Eashan has worked as a consultant at Universal Music Sub Saharan Africa and served as the managing director of AWAKE. Additionally, they are the founder of The Youth Project, a youth-managed organization with over 1,500 members and has created numerous projects across 13 countries.

Eashan Thakrar attended Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet from 2009 to 2014. Eashan then studied at Watford Grammar School for Boys from 2014 to 2016, focusing on Economics, Politics, and History. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Economics at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2017 to 2018.
