Bill Hanifin, CLMPâ„¢, is a seasoned professional in customer engagement and loyalty marketing with extensive experience in the field. As the CEO and Managing Editor of The Wise Marketer since January 2016, Bill leads a global resource for professionals focused on customer loyalty and digital marketing. Prior to this role, Bill served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hanifin Loyalty, a firm specializing in data-driven customer marketing strategies, since 2006. Before founding Hanifin Loyalty, Bill was the Managing Director of Customer Growth LLC and held various positions at COLLOQUY and Visa, where significant contributions included launching a consulting group that evolved into LoyaltyOne and managing co-branded rewards programs, respectively. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Virginia.
