Eman Ekhraiwesh is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since July 2018, Eman has also held positions as a Pastry Cook at both terra mare and The Village Tavern, Inc. since August 2017 and October 2016, respectively. Additionally, Eman contributed as an intern at top restaurant starting in May 2014, where involvement in the opening team included menu creation for the initial two weeks. Eman holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, completed between 2017 and 2019, and has foundational training from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts - Les Roche from 2013 to 2015.
