Julian Dutnall is an accomplished education leader and legal professional, currently serving as a Trustee at The Trussell Trust and CEO of Life Education Trust since July 2016. Positioning as a Board Member for the International Coalition of Girls' Schools until July 2024, Julian previously held the role of Headteacher at Frances Bardsley Academy from September 2011 to September 2023 and was President of the Association of State Girls Schools from 2013 to 2017. With extensive experience in educational administration, including a tenure as Deputy Headteacher at Chelmsford County High School for Girls, Julian also has a background in law as a former Crown Prosecutor at the Crown Prosecution Service. Educational qualifications include ongoing doctoral studies in Education at Anglia Ruskin University, alongside degrees in Law, Educational Leadership, English Language and Literature, and Business Administration from various institutions.
