Karen MacLaughlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and sports coaching sectors. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Sales Manager at Flik Hospitality Group since May 2017, Karen is responsible for generating outside sales for the Culinary Conference Center at Hudson County Community College, as well as menu planning and day-to-day operations management. Prior to this role, Karen was the General Manager at Remington's from June 2011 to May 2017, overseeing all operational aspects and maintaining a diverse wine selection. Karen also served as Head Women's Tennis Coach at Brookdale Community College from March 2004 to November 2015, during which time Karen was elected Vice President of the NJCAA Women's Tennis Division and acted as Tournament Director for the NJCAA Division III Women's Tennis National Tournament. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Rutgers University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Social Sciences from Brookdale Community College.
