Jennifer Dellasanta has a strong background in substance abuse counseling and management. Jennifer began their career as a Case Manager at the Henry Lee Willis Center, where they supported service recipients in conflict resolution and decision-making. Jennifer then became the Program Director at the Henry Lee Willis Center - Linda Fay Griffin House, where they supervised a residential program for women with addiction and ensured program certification and licensure. Jennifer also worked as a Clinician at the Henry Lee Willis Community Center, providing substance recovery therapy services and performing evaluations and assessments for court-referred clients. Jennifer later joined The Transition House, Inc. as a Substance Abuse Counselor and eventually became the Clinical Director and Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Jennifer served as the Chief Operating Officer at Inspire Counseling and Support Center.
Jennifer Dellasanta, MCAP, ICADC, LADC-1 has a strong educational background in the field of Human Services and Nonprofit Organizational Leadership. Jennifer is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Services Nonprofit Organizational Leadership at Capella University, which they started in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2024. Prior to this, Jennifer obtained a Master's Degree in Human Services from Capella University, which they completed between 2012 and 2015.
Before pursuing their master's degree, Jennifer achieved a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services from Ashford University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Furthermore, they gained foundational knowledge in the field by completing an Associate's degree in Human Services from Quinsigamond Community College in 2008, and they also obtained a Certificate in Human Services from the same institution in 2007.
In addition to their educational achievements, Jennifer holds several certifications related to alcohol and drug counseling. Jennifer is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certified by the Massachusetts Board of Substance Abuse Counselor Certification (MBSACC), as well as an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC) certified by IC&RC. Furthermore, they have obtained the LADC I certification from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and holds the Masters Level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP) certification from the Florida Certification Board.
