Danielle Craft has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Danielle began their career as an Administrative Assistant at RehabCare Group, Inc., where they provided clerical support and assisted with marketing activities. Danielle then joined Dynasplint Systems, Inc. as a Neurological Open Territory Sales/Administrative Assistant, where they managed open territories nationally and provided product training to patients and healthcare professionals.

In 2012, Danielle joined Kroger Specialty Pharmacy as a Billing Specialist/Pharmacy Technician, where they filled prescriptions and managed billing responsibilities. Danielle later became an Inventory Control Specialist, responsible for managing specialty pharmaceuticals and conducting inventory audits. Danielle then moved into program management roles, first as a Program Manager and later as a Senior Program Manager, where they managed manufacturer relationships and oversaw team assignments and trainings.

Most recently, Danielle worked at AssistRx, starting as a Strategic Program Manager and then progressing to the role of Strategic Portfolio Manager. In these roles, they managed a book of business, developed relationships to identify new business opportunities, and ensured customer satisfaction. Danielle also provided crucial customer feedback to enhance products and services.

Throughout their career, Danielle has demonstrated strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a passion for improving patient care in the healthcare industry.

Danielle Craft received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) in September 2013, and as a Pharmacy Technician from the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy in August 2013.
