Hilary K. has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition (Executive Recruiting) at The Trade Desk since January 2017. Previously, Hilary held various roles at The Trade Desk, focusing on global executive leadership recruiting across multiple regions including North America, Asia Pacific, EMEA, and emerging markets. Hilary has significant expertise in scaling operations in the Asia Pacific region, having hired key stakeholders for major positions across multiple countries. Prior to The Trade Desk, Hilary worked as an Executive Recruiter at Apple and as Sector Director for Solomann Executive Search, managing executive search for Fortune 500 clients in the CPG, retail, tech, and media entertainment sectors. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University and a High School Diploma from Rio Lindo Academy.
