Tammi Cross currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Cart.com, a position held since February 2022 following an original hiring by PACSUN. Previous experience includes roles as an HR/Compensation Consultant at Search Solutions Group, where project work was completed for Hilton Grand Vacations, and as an On-Demand HR/Compensation Consultant at the Employers Resource Association, focusing on complex compensation projects across various industries. From September 2015 to October 2019, Tammi worked as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Tigerpoly Manufacturing, Inc., overseeing all HR programs and functions. Tammi also held a Senior Manager position at Shiseido, managing HR functions across multiple departments after transitioning from Bare Escentuals. Tammi holds a BSBA in Human Resources Management from The Ohio State University.
