Raghu Pulavorty has extensive experience in IT project management and delivery, currently serving as Platform Delivery Manager at The Star Entertainment Group since November 2014, where contributions include the deployment of a SaaS Loyalty Platform and integration with core systems. Previously, Raghu held roles at ITC Infotech, overseeing ANZ engagements and managing large-scale IT delivery projects, including a significant Siebel CRM Loyalty transformation for Qantas Airways. Early career experiences include positions at ITC Ltd, where Raghu gained knowledge in diverse business processes, and roles as a Functional Consultant and Practice Manager focused on ERP implementations. Raghu holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Systems from the University of Calcutta and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Utkal University.
