Thomas Zhou

Executive Chef at RAINBOW TOURISM GROUP

Thomas Zhou has an extensive culinary and management background, serving as the Executive Chef at Rainbow Tourism Group since March 2014, overseeing multiple locations across Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mozambique. Previously, Thomas held roles in project and catering management at IFS International Facilities Services from May 2005 to July 2013. Thomas also briefly served as Executive Chef at Cresta Hospitality Group in October 2003 and was the Head Chef at Detema from May 1998 to November 2000. Additionally, Thomas began their career as a Chef with African Sun Hotel Group, working from June 1993 to April 1997.
