Matthew Weithorn is an experienced bartender currently working at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort since December 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a pool attendant at Boucher Brothers Management from February 2021 to November 2021. Matthew has a strong bartending background, having worked at Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables, Spring Brother Irish Bar, and Hurricane Bar & Grill from 2015 to 2019. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, completed in May 2021.
