An Vo is currently serving as a Community Navigator at The Spero Project, focusing on conducting needs assessments for families and collaborating with Employment Support Specialists. Previously, An Vo held various roles at AIESEC in Vietnam, including Interpreter/Culture Advisor and Delegation Executive for the Unilever Future Leader's League, where responsibilities included managing candidate communications and database alignment. An Vo also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, developing a competency framework for recruitment, and as a B2C Marketing Executive, contributing to marketing activities and promoting successful online events. An Vo's educational background includes studies at Oklahoma City Community College and Foreign Trade University, complemented by a high school diploma from Le Quy Don Khanh Hoa High School for the Gifted.
