Fjoralba Ndreu is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in project control and financial management across various international organizations. Currently serving as Project Controller at CARE Deutschland e.V. since January 2024, Fjoralba also holds the position of Acting Deputy Country Director for Support Services, Compliance & Legal Affairs. Prior roles include Head of Finance for Ukraine & Moldova at Welthungerhilfe, and Country Finance Manager at ACTED, where responsibilities included regional financial management and oversight. Fjoralba has also worked with LevizAlbania, Terre des hommes foundation, and World Vision International, holding various finance-related roles. Educational qualifications include ACCA certification and a Finance degree from the University of Tirana.
